The concept of Circularity by Material Design intends to integrate safety, circularity, and functionality of materials.
Technical-Scientific Objectives
The products, processes, and services (PPS) resulting from this Work Package will contribute to address the industrial challenges in the development phase of polymer materials, functional additives, and raw materials, with the aim of enhancing overall circularity.
- Obtain materials with improved separation and recycling properties;
- Improve the classification and separation of materials (polymers);
- Trigger the biodegradability of materials
- Improve the aging performance of bio-based materials
