The Sustainable Plastics Mobilising Agenda was present at the 5th National Plastics Recycling Congress, organised by ANARPLA – Asociación Nacional de Recicladores de Plástico, in Madrid, reinforcing the international promotion of the solutions and results developed within the project.
This participation provided an opportunity to showcase the Sustainable Plastics Agenda to professionals, companies and organisations across the plastics value chain, particularly those operating in the recycling sector, while fostering engagement with different stakeholders and raising awareness of the project’s main objectives and areas of activity.
The presence in Madrid also contributed to strengthening the Agenda’s visibility within the Iberian context, highlighting the work being carried out in Portugal to accelerate the transition of the plastics industry towards more circular, sustainable and technologically advanced models.
Coordinated by APIP – Portuguese Plastics Industry Association, the Sustainable Plastics Agenda brings together companies and organisations from the Portuguese Scientific and Technological System to develop new solutions, materials, products and technologies that contribute to a more efficient, circular and sustainable industry.
This participation is part of the Sustainable Plastics Agenda’s strategy to disseminate and promote its results, strengthening its visibility across different markets and international networks.
