The 2nd episode of the Sustainable Plastics Agenda has already been broadcast on CNN Portugal, in two airings held on May 9 and 10, showcasing more innovative projects that are driving the sustainable transition of the plastics industry in Portugal
The Sustainable Plastics Agenda is a project co-funded by the PRR (Recovery and Resilience Plan), launched from an initiative by APIP – Portuguese Association of the Plastics Industry, with business leadership from Logoplaste Innovation Lab, and aims to accelerate the sector’s green transition towards an effective Circular Economy.
With a total investment of around €39 million, this Agenda brings together a consortium of 39 companies and 10 Scientific and Technological System entities, covering different segments of the industry and addressing the main challenges of the new extended value chain.
In this second episode, the focus was on the projects included in the activity line “Circularity through Material Design”, namely:

The programme featured the participation of:

🎤 Paulo Antunes, Coordinator of Advanced Manufacturing Processes – Composites at PIEP – Innovation in Polymer Engineering
